You’d get mostly behavorial/situational questions and you may get some technical or clinical questions too. These are going to vary by insitution but in general, I’d say be prepared for these questions: 1) Plans for the future.

Most programs divide call up into different shifts: short call during the week (i.e. 5 - 9pm), weekend call (i.e. sat /sun 7am - 9pm), and 1 week midnight shift blocks (i.e. friday - thursday 9pm - 7am). Some programs still have 30 hr call, which foruntely won't be for much longer because the rules are changing.

They helped with privileging, but there were usually a fair number of forms for me to fill out too, but no major headaches. ENT 2-5th year get a lot better. Hours are pretty reasonable, more in the 60-70 range. Plastics: 6 year residency followed by 1 year fellowship in peds craniofacial surgery.
