Okay, so I wanted to share my experience with BetterHelp. I was only a client for not even three months before I quit. I also stuck with one therapist, even though I didn’t find her that helpful, because the idea of having to explain my issues all over again to someone else seemed daunting and mentally exhausting.This whole sponsorship thing is really dumb. I've been with my therapist on Talkspace for almost 4 years now. I also have a therapist I see in person once a week. I like the idea of being able to connect with a therapist more than once a week. I like being able to "journal" to the therapist in the moment and getting their feedback and assistance with processing my troubles.
